Didn't eat but glad this place still exists. I used to frequent it as a courier driver around 2 decades ago, much needed coffee after Ludford hill on the cycle.
Really cute cafe. Great menu although we only had coffee ( lovely and strong - good flavour). I succumbed to buying some rhubarb cookies to take home. Lovely staff / owners too.
Lovely cafe inside and out, friendly and more than helpful staff. Food was fresh and delicious but didn't have to wait ages for it to be cooked which is always nice. Family friendly with an area for kids with different toys. I had my cat and they were more than welcoming although we did not ask to take him inside. Not likely to be in this area again soon but if I find myself here in future, I will defintrey be back! (Please enjoy the photo of my cat enjoying a small bite of the cappucino cake)
Excellent coffee. Staff really friendly and helpful. Good value. Those in the cafe all seemed happy cheerful and relaxed. Real history as 101 Squadron was based there.
Stopped off here on our way back to Oldham from Holidaying in Mablethorpe and what a lovely find it was. It has a lovely garden with shop, plants, gifts, pictures and the service and food we're spot on. My daughter is Autistic and has cheese separately from her Jacket potato which was no problem for the lovely staff. It was very reasonably priced, clean and would definitely recommend.
Lovely place. Food and coffee delicious. Happy to answer my questions around food intolerances. Great for gluten free.
"I love this place. I think it's so lovely and cosy. I loved the food." By Henry aged 5. "The bread is delicious and soft, the sausage was tasty. This cafe is amazing and I recommend everyone comes here. The people who work here are very kind and helpful." By Thomas aged 10.
Brought my Dad and his friend here for Fathers Day. We all ordered ham, egg and chips and tea for 3. The waitress was lovely, very chatty and service was very quick. The food was lovely. When we first arrived we were the only people there, by the time we left, there was at least 20. Will definitely come again
